Tropical Twinkie Lasagna

12 Hostess Twinkies (cut in half lengthwise)
2 boxes instant Tapioca pudding
1 can pineapple chunks
1 jar Marshmallow Cr?me
Shredded coconut (optional)

Make pudding following instructions on box. After pudding sets, fold in drained pineapple. Place layer of Twinkies on greased baking pan and cover with pudding. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

After pie has cooled, garnish with Marshmallow Cr?me and shredded coconut.
