Irish Whiskey SaucePour this over pound cake or brownies. 2 tablespoons butter In a 1-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, whisking until well combined. Remove from heat and stir in milk, sugar and whiskey. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, until thickened, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
